“Amazing but the only problem I have is that you are charged to use the hotel transportation daily. Which I think is so unfair because I didn’t use it but I was charged for it. I debated it but still no results in the end because if you drive your own car, why would I need to use a hotel car, and they want to charge for the parking garage or valet parking which I didn’t use either . Those charges were removed. But not the daily $35 charge for hotel car.”

“Historic hotel at its finest. Great central location to all activities. Staff (Hallie) was so helpful as was the Valet staff. I've never had a hotel nor have I heard of a hotel staff that went the distance as this bunch did to make our stay so enjoyable. We plan on making another trip to Savannah to catch the things we missed this time due to our short stay and will be staying at the River Street Inn again.”

“The hotel was very nice. Loved the decor and location. Front desk and front door staff were outstanding ! Attentive and polite always making sure we had everything we needed . 10 out of 10 We did have to switch rooms due to a problem with the door. No problem there .. very accommodating. It did not have a fridge but that was ok. We did have to ask for maid service and they came but did not replenish a few things … but I would not hesitate to go back or recommend this hotel . ”

“The property is gorgeous and decorated impeccably. However the hotel is on a smaller size, more of a boutique feel. It was conveniently located to all restaurants and shops.
