“The room was very nice, and clean. It felt refreshing to come back too everyday. The staff was pleasant. I don't recommend the restaurant, we tried several things because part of the amenity fee went towards the restaurant and I found the things I was excited to try were kind of disappointing for their price. They know how to garnish a plate well for presentation though. My partner has very low vision and it was nice to stay somewhere with good lighting and not a lot of obstacles.”

“The overall is very beautiful, the room is cool, I can see that the hotel is very particular about the details, but the only thing that is very bad is that when I checked in, the front desk charged me three times and the next day I again Asked about the three charges, the front desk said it was not clear, and said that they would let me wait a few days to see if those charges would be withdrawn, but it has been five days, three of them only returned two, and charged me More than a hundred fees……

“This was an amazing property. Absolutely stunning. Modern décor. Loved all the amenities offered. Free breakfast was included from the coffee shop. The rooms were "smart", electronic powered window shades, lighted mirror in restroom. Loved the glass door refrigerator. Clothes steamer was very handy. We actually ordered one for home now. Room was setup very thoughtfully.”

“Staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was some renovation being done to the exterior that hindered our view but the interior charm made up for that. It was a pleasant stay and we would stay again whenever we return to Seattle.”
