“The spacious lobby was very luxurious. When I arrived at the hotel, my friend and I had a dinner date coming up, so I did not check in and asked them to leave my luggage for me first, which they did very smoothly. There is a pool and a bar at the end of the lobby, and you can feel the open and relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable everywhere. The staff was smiling and quick to respond to any problems I had. They made my stay very wonderful.”

“Check in and out is very slow, rooms are big but bathroom is old, broken sink glue together , ants running around, shower room floor is very slippery with no handles to hold on if you fall, only provide one face towel and one medium towel every day but three bath towels, food in the executive lounge is very bad, not fresh! I would rate it a three star hotel! Public bathroom in the lobby is very dirty!”

“The experience this time isn’t very good compared with my last stay two years ago. The room is freezing cold even I turned down the AC every time I returned to the room. There is a smell from the bathroom, same situation to my colleague’s room. Room type weren’t great and dark. Tho the staff in the restaurant were nice. ”
