“酒店位于海边，过了马路就面朝大海了。本来很喜欢酒店的服务，以前住过的。可是这次稍稍失望，我们check in在12点半，下了火车带着4岁孩子，可是却说房间没有整理好，告诉我按规定是下午3点check in的。无可挑剔的回答。只好下午3点拿到房间钥匙。酒店当天一定很少人入住，就早餐的人数不到10人，而且我退房时（11:00），明眼看到服务生带客人入住。这是我入住5星级酒店唯一的一次下午3点拿到房间钥匙。”

“We loved, loved, loved this hotel and would definitely stay again if back in Eastbourne. It was a last minute trip and quite unplanned so I booked based on others great feedback and we have to agree. Easy parking was followed by such a lovely warm welcome and quick checkin. They have a beautiful old and original lift int he hotel with metal shutters and a seat which was lovely. However what was even nicer was the fact that you are taken to your room to check you are happy with it. The staff at……

“This is the rare 5-star B&B that actually earns its rating. The house is a beautiful, art filled home where attention is paid to every detail. The host and hostess are lovely and their entire focus is on making their guests' stay comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and abundant.
