"We received a very good customer service from the front counter Carl Yuen. He remembers us after checking us in, he is really friendly, helpful and very attentive. On the amenities, is a little disappointed. We stay there for 2 night and we didn’t have any shower cap, razor, hand lotion and cotton swab. These are the necessities which we use daily."

"Hotel gave us a room that’s many grades below the villa that we ordered and fully prepaid for without letting us know until we found out two nights into our week stay. Arranging to move to the right room and refund took a long time. Not helpful"
