“Celebrated my 21st birthday in New York and the Knickerbocker definitely made our stay better! The location is exceptional, 2 minutes from the Heart of Times Square and incredibly easy access to the subway! Staff were very helpful, service was fast. Will definitely recommend in the future!”

“Fantastic hotel. Beautiful, clean, and staffed with very friendly and competent people. Will definitely come back! One small nit: Many cable stations were out in my room. So I had to give up MSNBC for three nights and resort to CNN and a smattering of ABC news. It probably for was for own good;)”

“Staff are very nice persons. Whenever I need any travel information, they actively give advice. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location (close to China Town) is good and convenient. There are several subway lines nearby. I like this hotel and would like to recommend it to friends. ^_^”
