“We arrived to no one around and after walking around the property finally saw an envelope with our name on it and our key. Our room smelt moldy and damp. The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating. There were cigarette ends scattered in the outside area, there was toothpaste scattered up the bathroom wall, hairs all in the main bed and the dining chairs were awfully stained.
