"Our stay was ruined by a non-working television. It took a whole day for staff to get it up and running. The hotel itself was ok. Nothing great but not bad either. Value for the money? I"d give it a "C"."

"The property itself and the decor are a blast from the past, complete with nostalgic smells from the era (not bad smells, just musty old wood house or apartment kinda smells). All the finishes were well-worn, but clean with no signs of bugs or mold. The room itself was very roomy and bed sheets were clean. The beds had a hallow feel that we didn't care for. We did not hear any noise from adjourning rooms, floor above, or outside. The front desk staff did give us a heads up that the rooms do not come with amenities, but we could request what we needed at anytime. I took them up on that later in the evening and they were promptly provided. They also let us know at check-in that the breakfast is very simple grab-n-go snack and coffee. Overall if you are on a budget it's worth a look. We had a pleasant stay and would book again, but only for short periods."

"The location needs to put some money into upgrading the property. So many things from previous stays that caused damage that need to be fixed. Start with paint! "

"Since i paid for the room thru Expedia and there was an issue with not only my check in but there was no working hot water, i would expect Expedia to reimburse me for my one night stay ($79) instead of offering me $20 OneKey cash points. Red Roof has offered me their own points (over 6K) for the inconvenience. I don't travel much at all as I can't afford it. I would expect better. "

"We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free.We especially appreciated the little touches that made the space feel welcoming and homey. The location was also perfect, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area.Overall, we had a great time and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!"
