Brilliant 2nd time staying, my 11yld loved it a little birthday treat, staff are excellent and friendly, nothing is to much trouble very family friendly 😊
The hotel is very warm and welcoming upon arrival. Staff are very polite and friendly.
Good is lovely and very filling.
The bar is a very nice place to relax and have a drink.
A great place to stay, the staff are great, very helpful and friendly. The bar was nice and comfortable. We just stayed one night and I wish it was longer, I would recommend the breakfast it was really good value for money. Hope to be back soon
The staff here are excellent. We didn’t eat here but would have if we had been here longer. Bed was clean and comfy, room spacious, plenty of parking space, charming decor, we would definitely stay again.
Located easily enough on GPS and easy parking ample parking. Good location about a mile out of town. Staff lovely, willing to help and have a friendly chat. Food delicious with generous portions.
The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. The reception was very clean. The room was a lovely size and comfy bed. Would have liked another chair in the room instead of having to sit on bed. We had a meal in the restaurant and it was very tasty and lots of, also the breakfast any amount of food. I would definitely book in thier again.
This is a hidden gem. A quirky little place in the backstreets of town yet a very short taxi ride from town. Wifi is good, rooms are spacious and comfortable and the bar is well stocked with whiskies - some single malts that i have never seen before. All for a fraction ofvthe price of other local hotels in Aberdeen.

Inexpensive, clean but dated on outskirts of city
Budget hotel on the outskirts of Aberdeen. We stayed with 3 kids and it was 'fine'. The place itself needs a big refresh - think old carpets, dated wallpaper etc. it was clean and relatively quiet which was great. Food was good, staff seemed to be not very well trained, but were polite and helpful. Location is about 30 mins walk to centre of Aberdeen in a residential neighborhood but on a bus route which works well.
This was a really fun place to stay. Relaxed atmosphere, excellent range of cocktails, fun touches like a DVD library to choose something to watch in your room, American diner, bar and games room attached. The room had a proper kettle, great range of coffees/teas and toiletries, decent shower. There is a large carpark, hotel is easy to get to, didn't notice any road noise or noise from the bar below. Special shout out to Emily, our waitress for dinner, she was very friendly, attentive and was kind to our dog, definitely an asset to your team!
The only negative I could give is furnishings could do with an update in places, worn/frayed carpets, chipped enamel in bathtub. Personally these are pretty low down my list of priorities though!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Situated at the corner of Grey Street which is narrow and has parked cars on both sides- avoid. Sat nav kept wanting to go down the road from car park as if it was one way but it isn’t! Car park entrance is 100ft from top of Grey Street.
Room was big and clean. We had one meal here which was cooked very well and tasted delicious, however service was poor had to ask several times for drinks as they kept forgetting and food took ages to arrive.
Dining area was very cramped and hardly enough room to sit down.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
I booked a family room of 5 to stay in over night and we checked in late due to travelling late to Aberdeen. Staff was friendly just a little misunderstanding at the start as l had to call for attention as no one was at the reception when were arrived, which l shouted “can we check in please” and one of the staff that attended thought l said chicken! And had to emphasise
CHECK IN which was a little humiliating as I was so tired as l had been driving most part of the day. A little late on after Checking Inn my little one who suffers from almost every allergy including dust and dust mites allergies started sneezing and l didn’t take any notice as the window was opened at arrival, it’s not until later after the kids had went to bed l started noticing so much dust just sitting on top of most surfaces including the bed side desk, the microscope in the room. That was very visible, the window sills, the bath tub but what got to me the most was the dust and urine residue at the bottom of the toilet seat in the bathroom. My partner convinced me that it was too late in the night to complain and besides kids were already sleeping. I think the room being a family room requires good inspection and a good deep cleaning that includes the carpet in the room.
It was a great spot for us as we were only there for a night. Great theme pub ( American) and restaurant as the meals were on the large size and most enjoyable. Rooms were lovely size and well presented and had everything you needed and great selection of toiletries.
