「Booked a twin and double room. Rooms clean and well appointed with a communal kitchen area for use by guests. Did not use breakfast service as we left in the morning before the hotel staff had arrived. Only small complaint was that the staff were unable to open the connecting door between the 2 rooms which would have made things a lot easier. 」

「We did not enjoy our stay at the Black Isle. The price we were charged for what we got was wild. Way overpriced for a private bunk bed room in a hostel. The room was very hot, the only way to cool it down was to open the windows, but it was very loud outside until midnight when the Secret Garden closed down. There was black mould in the bathrooms and very few amenities in the room. The mattresses were thin and felt like the springs were digging into our backs. I will note that the bar staff...
