“Didn’t expect or need the “accessible room” but the shower chair helped when I was shaving my legs. Comfy bed but pillows a bit firm for my liking - no selection all 4 the same. Cosy room & coffee/kettle very useful along with single sachet 2 biscuits for a pre bed cuppa. Lovely friendly staff & able to check-out using lock box to return keys. Only thing I’d mention is with it being an accessible room ud think the door could open sufficiently for a wheelchair or someone using crutches (physio……

“Comfortable bed, clean room. Room very small and had to crab around. Room overlooked kitchen extraction fan filling the room with frying smells. Booking in was difficult through the main door and had to check in though the bar at the back. Ok once we found the bar.”

“A great inn in Edingbrugh. We stay for 3 nights with two rooms. The breakfast is wonderful and the bad is very comfortable. The room is equipped everything we need during our stay. Though no lift to the 2nd floor and 3rd, we still enjoy this small old building. However the street noise can be heard clearly that might put you sleepless whole night, especially over weekend. We could leave lugguages for half day after check out and help make our walking tour on Royal mile easier. Thank you……

“hôtel-pub très bien situé le long de la rivière, parking gratuit pour les hôtes. Superbe chambre bien équipée et situé au calme. Petit-déjeuner au pub dans une ambiance très cosy, les petits-déjeuners étaient très bon! Le personnel très prévenant et gentil. Je tiens d'ailleurs à remercier chaleureusement la superviseur qui nous à permis de pouvoir arriver à 01h00 du matin suite à un accident qui nous à bloqué sur la route, peu d'hôtels auraient offert un tel service! Encore merci! Nous y……
