“I reserved two rooms, one for my family and another for my elderly mother. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in my mother's room was not functioning properly and failed to produce cool air. While the staff was accommodating on the second night and worked to address the issue, my mother had to spend the first night in an uncomfortably hot room. During that time, staff repeatedly suggested opening the window rather than resolving the air conditioning problem. Additionally, we accidentally left……

“good for family with kids. difficult to find the reception, which is on a different building of restaurant.”

“Place is fine for what it is. Bit noisy at night being located in a retail park where boy racers like to gather and loudly rev their engines. Staff all helpful but Marston's clearly understaff properties as a general rule so don't be surprised if you have to wait a long time for any service.”

“easy check in at bar ,friendly staff ,my only gripe was pillows to soft and room far too hot .apart from that everything was hunky dory”
