「Stayed here one night while passing through. Room was smaller than I expected (patio king). I also assumed the patio was attached to the room but it was not. Room floor was dirty (sand, etc.) otherwise room was clean. Our coffee pot didn’t work. There was a $50 dog fee upon check in that wasn’t listed at time of booking online so that was a surprise. Also, one of the elevators was out of order while we were there and the remaining elevator was very slow. The pool was closed one of the two days we were there so we were not able to use it. I felt terrible for the kids we drove for 5 hours to look in to the beautiful college campus Salve Regina it was ruined by this place it totally grossed me out. It was a nightmare. 「We loved the location, the layout of the loft, the kitchen and for the most part the bathrooms. At this price point, you expect perfection. The beds are adequate, but not as good as a Marriott or Hilton, one toilet ran constantly, as there must have been a small leak, we asked to have it fixed but it never was. 「I felt like this place was a bargain, especially with breakfast included! We stayed in April just before their weddings started, and it was very quiet. 「We loved this place! Felicia was incredibly helpful from start to finish. We felt very welcome when we walked in. The history of the inn was so incredible. The bar area was wonderful and so was the bartender. We stayed in one of the King suites. It was so clean and peaceful. We will definitely be back.」
