"Excellent location. Lovely balcony and outdoor seating area overlooking the beach. The rooms are fine. They make you pay extra for a crib/pack and play. The hotel is locally owned so I understand being on a budget but it can seem like the staff/hotel are pinching Pennie’s when you ask for any extras. The hospitality is not as welcoming or friendly as what you would find at a higher end hotel."

"Exceptional communication and a wonderful spot for a weekend stay with family. Amazingly close to the beach and dining areas, with plenty to do on the property as well. Above all, it was very clean. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anybody traveling to Narragansett!"

"Great location with a beautiful view. The hotel was quiet and the bed was comfortable. For the amount we paid, I think the hotel could have been more thoughtful about some of the details. There was a weirdly frustrating thing going on with the sink where you can’t fit your head below the shelf to wash your face without getting water everywhere. It was hard to enjoy the porch because the cloth separating the areas was fully ripped and blowing everywhere. There were mildew or mold stains in the shower."
