“We loved the location and clean facility. Room # 32 was emailed to us as an upgraded room with more charge. We got there, the room was very cold, heater worked poorly, no desk, no chair to sit on. No dun coming through. We had handicap sticker, climbing mall that stairs was very difficult. Definitely this room was not an upgrade!!!!!!!! When we first arrived the receptionist was not warm and welcoming. We asked to change room for next day. They changed it. Better toom.”

“It is a quaint motel across the street from the beach. The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and efficient. The room is not very big but it has everything you need for a short stay. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Dirty shower curtain hair on beds on sheets Air from heat was musty smelling. The mattress gave me horrible back ache i was so disgusted that we were ready to go and sleep in the car. I felt terrible for the kids we drove for 5 hours to look in to the beautiful college campus Salve Regina it was ruined by this place it totally grossed me out. It was a nightmare. I wanted to cancel the room i had kids with me the clerk didn't let me.”

“Loved my little apartment style accommodation which was also doggie friendly!!! Location was fantastic, Staff were kind and very helpful! Parking was very convenient across the street and one could walk anywhere for dinner, waterfront...little bistros on a side street..... Cliff walk and the Mansions were a few blocks away....St. Mary's and Bellevue Avenue also within walking distance..... Window shopping on Thames... it's all right there!!!! Rooms very clean and maid service was great!!!”

“We stayed in the Cottage and would highly recommend it! Parking was convenient in the lot behind the Inn. We were greeted by staff upon our arrival and had a thorough explanation of the amenities. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious! ”
