“Loved this bed and breakfast. However, we were on the 3rd floor and weren't aware we would have to carry our luggage up 3 flights. (narrow, steep stairs) Maybe that should have been highlighted in the ads for the B and B and we could have chosen a room on a lower floor. ”

“Great spot. We enjoyed the outdoor area as well. Only thing that would prevent me from staying again is that it is not dog friendly. Most of Newport is so that was a bit of a disappointment.”

“Upon arrival we were immediately welcomed with polite staff, who upgraded our room to the pent house. It was an unexpected surprise that made our stay that much better, the suite was clean, delicious pastries were at our door each morning, accommodating food allergies. The location of the hotel is in walking distance to many shops and restaurants and provided off street parking. Can't wait to go back soon!! Give this 5 stars!!”
