"Excellence: The overall experience was delightful. The pool was very clean and stocked with towels. The Room was cozy and plenty of room to spread about comfortably with 4 people. The mid day snacks and complementary cocktail hour was a wonderful Perk!! The Breakfast Buffet was like no other we had before. This was over the top with every breakfast food to satisfy any mood. The Fresh made to order omelets were unique and perfectly executed every time. Improvements: The Front elevators were down often. The maid service was okay, we tried to keep the room tidy with 2 children ourselves. The maid made the main beds but kind of ignored the pullout bed. We hung our towels to reuse but some were taken and not replaced with clean towels. By the last day we only had 2 large bath towels for 4 people."
