“The condo unit itself was clean and well-finished, and the community laundry was clean and worked well. The parking lot situation was not lovely, but was overall safe. There is a window air conditioner in the bedroom, so the winow can't be opened for fresh air. The rental agent was very responsive and brought us a fan. We liked sitting and eating on the lanai. It was a good location for enjoying Hilo. It seems silly that the dishwasher doesn't work, and seems not to have worked for a while.”

“Can't beat the location. Nice balcony view. Very clean. Host recommended a lot of good beaches and restaurants. Fun to watch the Muscovy Ducks. “Location and ocean view was FANTASTIC. While it's not a 5-star/ $1000 per night hotel, it has everything you would need/ expect from an excellent beach house. We were only a group of 2, but the house easily could accommodate 6 people. Great jumping off point to see sites on this side of the island (Hilo, Volcano, towns that existed a few years ago but then were taken by lava).
