"Stayed for a week at Casa Roo with wife and two teenage kids. The house is great (ideal for a family of 4), the pool and ocean amazing, and the staff (Hugo and Ana, in particular) were terrific. We enjoyed the services of the personal chefs on two days as well. Really, five stars all the way around. "My friend and I stayed here for a few days and it was perfect for what we needed! The beach club across the street was perfect for a bite and we walked to the Akumal beach area and back. The condo is quiet and spacious, had everything we needed. I highly recommend!"

Esta en una ubicacion hermosa, el mar esta a 1 min caminando es una area privada por lo que teniamos toda la playa para nosotros, vimos tortugas, mantarrayas perfecto lugar para Padel y snorkel, ademas hay un beach club, cerca hay muchos cenotes y tulum no es muy lejos. "The house was nice but there are a few things we wish were more clear in the listing. Also a few things we would have appreciated knowing ahead of time. -the main house is a two bedroom villa. The additional bedrooms are separated by other villas with outside entry. This wouldn’t have been an issue for us but we have small children that cannot stay in separate houses alone. "It's a huge, modern glass home that will make you feel like a movie star. It's located in a gated community that requires checking in with security at the gate. It only takes a second, but that gives you a good feeling about security and safety. It was nice to have a garage for the car and a pool to relax! Very private back yard and quiet at night. We really enjoyed the house a lot!"

"Excellent staff, they were friendly and met all our needs. Magnificent property. Close to snorkelling, many restaurants, grocery stores and comparably priced convenience stores and shopping. Loved our stay touring around with the car or just hanging around the property and cooking our meals."

"The rules have significantly changed in the owner needs to update the online listing as well as the check in document. All the extras listed for the nearby resorts are no longer available. The check in process is completely different, now using QR codes instead of response. We went to ask for help at the main office and they were extremely rude to us. "This property is not appropriate for young children or elders. There are many stairs, built on a hill. The first set of stairs there was no handrail to guide. The pictures on this property do not reflect what is really there."

"From start to finish the stay at Villa de la playa was great. Communication with the host was quick and Emilio was always there if we needed anything. We had a group of 11 and had plenty of space. The pool was refreshing on the hot humid days and even though it is a rocky area in front of the house, the ocean was amazing. A great area for snorkeling. There are iguanas that live in the rocks next to the pool and they come out to visit while you are sitting outside, definitely fun for the kids....
