「Good」

「Amazing hotel to view a close up of the pyramids. The hotel doesn’t have a bar and no were to buy alcoholic drinks in the area. The staff there are amazing. Sam, he was amazing. He has amazing customer service skills and really cares about the guest. If it wasn’t for him, we would have not survived. I trust him, and would return again. The food amazing. Restaurant is located in the roof. **Be advised, if you plan to get an UBER to the airport, UBER drivers will send you a message on the app and...

「What a wonderful experience at Neo’s Pyramids Boutique Hotel! From the beautiful, spotless, and comfortable rooms to the exceptional hospitality, everything exceeded my expectations. One of my favorite memories was enjoying their delicious green soup on the rooftop one evening. When the waiter noticed I was cold, he thoughtfully came over and placed a blanket around me. Such a simple but incredibly touching gesture! The staff truly went above and beyond. When I accidentally overslept before my...

「The hotel was in very convenient area and the staff was really helpful and kind. Enjoyed the dinner in roof top and the breakfast downstairs , also they arranged a driver to take us to old Cairo before heading to the airport. Yousef was excellent!」

「The property itself is like a motel with four floors and no elevator. But what if makes this budget hotel a five star is the outstanding staff and the beautiful view of the pyramids from the rooftop. A big shout out for Doo , Aizim , Aya and Abdu. Sorry about the probably mispelling of their names. Would I return to the Nut? Of course, your staff makes up for the shortcomings of the building.」

「I really appreciate the staffs who are kind and informative. He voluntarily upgraded my room with Pyramids view for free. 10/10. Room cleanliness is 9/10, location is 10/10, facility condition is 8/10, but my room's is 10/10.」

「Very happy with our stay, close to the pyramids and a lovely neighbourhood. The room was clean and the staff were especially helpful and kind, thank you!」

「Our stay was exceptional. Abdo was extremely helpful and went out of his way to ensure we were safe and happy. He took us to some great places for shopping and suggested great ways to spend our time in Cairo. Breakfast was phenomenal and the room was modern and clean. I totally recommend it.」

「The hotel itself is fine. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A maid cleans the room every day and did a good job. However, no where in the description is there any mention of what is going on around the hotel. There is a building site adjacent to the hotel and major subway works happening at the front of the hotel.」
