The staff went above and beyond by upgrading us from a Junior Suite to a Hospitality Suite, which made such a difference for our family. I did not rest well. The breakfast the next morning was excellent with a lot of things to choose from. That was really good.」

「I called ahead specifically to ask if they had a hot tub (not just a jetted tub) and was told yes. When we arrived, it turned out to be a single-seat jetted bathtub, not an actual hot tub. It also had an unpleasant smell. We chose not to stay and walked out, but were still charged for the full night. Very disappointing experience and not what was represented over the phone. I would not recommend.」
