「The quilt is dirty, the room smells bad, the faucet in the bathroom is broken, and most importantly, my car is parked in the parking lot, and someone deliberately scratched my car! The accommodation experience is really bad.」

「Pulling up to the hotel, we saw broken glass in several spots in the parking lot. The whole hotel has a funky aroma, its a mix of cigarettes and some kind of amonia smell. When we got to our room, it looked like the door had been pried open with a crowbar. We were disappointed at the lack of cleanliness, we switched rooms 3 times. Cobwebs, crumbs on the couch, fecal matter in the toliet, stains on the bedding, bugs crawling out of the air conditioning unit. We were in the room for less than an...
