“I like this hotel easy parking ”

“The motel is old, but well taken care of. The ice machine needs to be cleaned. There is mildew on the inside.”

“Toilet wasn't clogged but wouldn't flush right our main door had a half inch gap in the corner of it had to put a towel in front of it to keep the bugs out air conditioner worked but looked like it was falling out of the wall . Called and asked staff for wash cloths said they were being washed went to the front desk later in the day lady wrote down the room number said they would take some up later never seen them . View of the bay was great pool was nice.”

“My bathroom door fell off the track onto the floor. They gave me a second room that was already occupied. The 3rd room was a handicap room with two full size beds. Lastly when I booked the room it stated it had an oceanfront view, only thing I saw was the highway.”

“When I got there they were giving my room away when I booked the hotel it was pay at property. I booked 3 nights and they told me they gave one night away. I had to go somewhere else for the third night. The place was dirty. The only good thing was the ocean view. Don’t waste your time.”

“Great location. Property is old and shows it in worn rooms. Patched ceilings and damaged doors and toilet in the bathroom. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable.”

“The two ladies that work at the front desk are AMAZING!! They were always so welcoming and pleasant! The room was spacious and clean, shower was hot, fridge was cold. The balcony was also great, we saw dolphins :)”

“The staff were excellent when we came to stay before and following our cruise. The port is a wonderful viewed walking distance from this hotel. The hotel is located in a safe space and within walking distance to so many restaurants and fun activities. It was so great, my kids have asked for us to actually go and plan a stay specifically there and in Norfolk for a few days! Thank you for the hospitality and comfortable stay! Staff went above and beyond and it was just a great stay!”
