「When we got to the office ar the Waters, we couldn’t find a soul in sight to get us checked in. We called multiple times, rang the ring doorbell multiple times… no response. Went to the bar across the road and they knew the owner and said he was sleeping. We went back over and sat in front of the room hoping he would greet, apologize, etc….he never even showed his face and made zero effort to honor the booking. Needless to say, we were Extremely disappointed with this booking that left us...

「Please note that the staff was very nice. However, the pictures online are very deceptive and this resort is currently under construction and not right on the lake. Yes you can walk down to boat ramp. The pictures online do NOT reflect the current situation of what the place looks like. The room was completed and was very nice but I feel duped by the owners and asked for a partial refund as not all amenities were available but did not get a response. Shame, shame for false advertising.」

「stayed at the park street inn for the Short's anniversary party this year and loved this location to stay. It was a short walk from downtown Bellaire but very quiet and comfortable. The hosts were awesome and very helpful」

「When you rent a room through Expedia, the property gives you the worst possible room they have in the worst possible location. It would be okay if the room cost $40 a night but I still pay close to $100 a night for the crapiest room they have. The room they gave me was in the way back at the end of a long hallway where they were remodeling the interior of the building at 9 AM in the morning. The workers were Mexican and lived in a room down the hall from the roommate occupied.」
