"Was allowed to check in at 10am rather than 3pm. Flight from us landed at 8am. Room on 11th floor and view amazing. Good room amenities. Got a free welcome drink at bar. Safe did not lock but was repaired immediately "

"Location very convenient, walking distance to viaduct and eateries without being right in the bustle of the city. Lovely staff and decently sized studio. Perfect for a work trip"

"Great place situated in the city and near the docks and walkable in the lovely early spring weather. We stayed two nights. There's a 24 hours supermarket nearby with a few other bigger ones open till 10pm. The room is large, comfortable and well equipped and one can easily stay there midium term."

"Very friendly staff"

"Sadly, the spa was not working and this was one of the draw cards for us. Also, we had 2 drinks charged to our room that were not ordered by us. Staff should never reveal guests names. When we did order drinks, from Our Land is Alive bar, we paid with cash. However when staff asked us for our room number, and we gave it, she replied by giving us our name which should never happen. Other than this, we do love Cordis."
