「very good hotel and staffs are very nice and helpful 」

「great location, clean and comfortable.」

「During our stay, we left two unopened bulk bags of gift snacks (worth around NZ$60) on the bed when we checked out on Saturday. The next day, we returned to ask about them and were told that housekeeping had simply thrown them away as food waste, without first calling or emailing us. In every other hotel we've stayed at across New Zealand, staff have always contacted us when items were left behind. This was the first time something was just discarded without notice. Since then, we have...

「Hotel is nicely located in a convenient area. The room is quiet and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast is provided by their in-house restaurant, Bistro Saine and it is amazingly good. Staffs are polite and professional.」

「Brand new hotel, functional & clean room, fantastic group of staff, good convenient location, it is around eight minutes walk from airport SKY Drive shuttle, easy access to city and harbourside.」

「👍 👍 👍 👍 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👐」

「房間有點小」

「We liked that our family could stay in one room. Edward was very helpful in getting us checked in and sorting out how to use the entrance and elevator. The building is very secure, which made us feel very safe being in downtown Auckland. This was a great hostile for us to walk to the University and explore a little downtown.」

「共用廚房很多人使用，比較髒亂。無障礙房間都沒有桌椅，廁所門也無法固定，不好使用。」

「Excellent staff great location can’t say enough… If you come to Auckland, this is your place」
