"Great location but the whole place needs a good tidy up. Its like a building site. If this had been an overseas package holiday i would have rung the rep. The gardens are full of items strewn all over. Do you check out these cottages or just write what the owner gives you. Stinks of mis-representation to me!!!! The bins were put out on Monday and werent returned till Thursday so the pedal bins were inside in hot weather, one of the owners promised them back on Wednesday but it didn't happen.....

"Lovely, cosy cottage on a development of similar terraced properties. Quite near a main road, but traffic noise was minimal. Immaculate property - and I'm hard to please. Absolutely everything was provided for our 3 night stay as a family of four with 2 children ( 13 & 11). TVs in every room. DVD player. Games. Books. Wifi. Plenty of towels . Milk and cookies on arrival. Heating turned on before we got there. Excellent location with Stratford only 3 miles, Waitrose even closer, and Warwick...

"Wonderful as always. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The A/C worked brilliantly and kept the room cool over a very hot weekend. The pool, hot tub, sauna and steam were great. Lovely and clean and never overcrowded. Very relaxing. Couldn’t get a better location in Birmingham for access to Broad Street and the Bullring. Lovely to be able to walk everywhere. We always park at a car park 5 mins walk away as it’s only £8 for 24 hours."

"Such a lovely location, hotel & grounds are beautiful. We stayed 2 nights, had incredible spa treatments, chilled by the pool & enjoyed dinner both evenings in Stuart restaurant. All staff were welcoming & friendly Breakfast is self service & has all the usual on offer. Quite reasonable at £16 each. Our room only rate of £200 per night was good value but be aware our final bill was over £1000. We did enjoy the cocktails & wine list though 😀"

"Really lovely hotel and friendly staff, my only drawback from giving 5* was on a couple of occasions the disabled access door was locked by key and couldn’t use the power button to let you in, otherwise it would have got top marks. The breakfast team were really helpful and it was a lovely hot & fresh. The room was spacious and really roomie for a wheelchair user. Would definitely book again the next time I’m in Birmingham"

"Modern room, clean and well up to standard for a typical hotel room. Iron and hairdryer, plus safe in the room. The entrance is a bit anonymous, as we happened to be looking at a property on the other side of the road and walked straight past it, but once we realised where it was, clearly no issue. All the staff we dealt with were very helpful. Took their advice and got down for breakfast at 8, and straight to a table - did notice queuing later on. Buffet style breakfast and reasonable choice. I would stay there again - convenenient to access - tram stop about one minute away and there was some car parking. Five minutes walk from the Utilitaria Arena where we were going to see a Show. Lots of venues with very loud music playing in the street as we walked back (11pm on a Saturday night) but back in our room couldn't hear noise. All in all a pleasant stay even though just the one night."
