“I stayed with my wife for transiting to Washington airport (DCA). I need the shuttle bus service from hotel to DCA. I asked the staff, lady looks like African American, at/about 9:30am on 4th Dec. if I have to reserve the shuttle. She say , yes, and when I need the shuttle service? I answered about noon. She answered, "no problem". Unfortunately, when we checked out at noon, she say, sorry, no more shuttle before 3:00pm. Finally, we have to take taxi to DCA, and costed me US$30. Poor experience……

“Firstly, this hotel was in an excellent location. I parked in the parking garage nearby for a very cheap rate and I ubered to and from the waterside which was like 15 minutes away. The hotel room was clean and the view was amazing. The room could have been cleaner. The bed and pillows were amazing. I had a very comfortable sleep.
