“The hotel is easy to park, staff friendly and relatively clean.”

“We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)”

“The waterpark (slides, pool, kiddie pool) area was wonderful! Very family friendly. Staff was kind. We loved the pier as well. Had a flatbread from the restaurant that was great. The only thing we noticed was the walls were thin. We could easily hear our neighbors who were not loud people. Definitely a disappointment considering how expensive it is to stay here. But overall we loved it.”

“They really are helpful staff they went the extra route for my request for a very clean room they had housecleaning stop by everyday changed my sheets everyday and cleaned up I truly appreciated the thoughtfulness of it all . The properties amenities were great clean easily accessible and the customer service was impressive. They were quick and efficient with every request I had and most importantly the location was spectacular the beach access had chairs provided and the restaurant in the……

“If you can get through the smell of marijuana and people yelling down the hallway, pounding on doors from midnight until 1 AM, you will find yourself in a room that was in disrepair. There were no plug-ins in the bathroom, half the lighting worked, there were stains on the main door and headboards of the beds, a broken chair at the desk, and water damage on the wall by the main window. The positive is that even though the beds were small, they were comfortable, and there was a nice 55-inch TV.……

“We was there Saturday Sunday and Monday night there was no hot water the front desk was notified no one came and checked it also it looked like they was doing some remodeling but it was awful if the room was supposed to be painted How about finishing it Whycharge people resort fees clearly that's a Motel not even a Hotel please refund that 45 dollars extra that you charged So I won't recommend No one stay there until you finish the remodeling or tell the truth about what you are doing to……

“The beach was under construction during our stay, which certainly wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but the crew worked around the clock making it hard to sleep sometimes. Had to go to the desk & trade our dirty towels for clean ones, they don’t provide housekeeping services or bring clean towels to the room. Not a bad place, just wanted something cheap on the beach & that’s what we got”
