The location was perfect, a few blocks from Central Park, a few blocks from the bar, close to the metro, great restaurants. “In general, the apt is nice. Location is superb, walkable to Central Park. The kitchen needs things - only 3 spoons, no dish drainer, cutting board or towel. We received the check-in details one hour before checking in, and then got the wrong keys and had to go get the right ones. Be aware that although it advertised that it sleeps 6, you will be charged extra for more than 2. We had to pay more for our grandchild. But still a good price for location. ”

The “property manager” canceled our reservation less than 24 hours before check in due to an ‘issue’ with the apartment - construction noise and water turned off. The host then denied that they canceled to Vrbo (so that we would not be entitled to receive a refund for the full cost of the rental which we had already paid).
