「A comfortable enough stay for those not spending a lot of time in the hotel and don’t have special needs. Staff were friendly and helpful and rooms are a good size with a modern bathroom. Two issues that unfortunately will mean I would not book again - the wifi will not hold up for business calls and the vegetarian options are very limited compared to other hotels I have stayed in in Almaty. If neither is important to you than this is a decent hotel pick! 」

Two problems, indoor pool could only be used by paying spa guests and that information was not clear in the description of the hotel. Also our window was completely blocked by a building that was less than one meter away. No view or natural light.」

「When we got to the hotel they said they don't participate with Hotels.com and refused to accept our voucher even after we showed them both hard copy and email versions of the voucher. No one actually spoke any English so we had to use translation programs on our phones to communicate. We paid to stay there anyway. It turned out that the location was outside of the city center and hard to get to. The air conditioning leaked water into the room so we had to turn it off. Breakfast was very poor...
