"We were here for one night while visiting Neuschwanstein castle just over the border in Germany. Check-in was simple - even with an emergency situation the property manager faced, they made adjustments that still met our needs so our check-in, our night’s stay, and our check-out were super simple. The area is remote and green and beautiful. "

"Check in was seamless. We stayed in the Dependance 2 which is very new. The room was clean and spacious. The only downside was that they don’t have air conditioning or fans. Most times of the year this is fine as you can open the windows to let in the fresh mountain air, but we were there over a heat wave and it felt pretty warm at night. Buffet breakfast is included and there are lots of options. The location could not be better. It is surrounded by the mountains. You can walk to 3 castle ruins from the hotel parking lot. The ruins are lit up at night and so pretty. The hotel has a restaurant on site, but there are also many restaurants in neighbouring towns. Staff are hard working and readily available. I highly recommend the Dependance 2, and would be happy to come back again. "
