“The hotel either has the wrong address or it doesn’t exist!If you look at the website pictures for the outside of the hotel and compare it to google maps you not find any resemblance! I tired to phone the hotel no answer, also no response with emails. I contacted Expedia, and they tried to contact the hotel. Expedia response was they are unreachable! I wondered around for literally hours trying to find it, I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and intimidated walking around and getting stared at. I……

“This hotel is so beautiful. The facilities, cleanliness and attention to detail is outstanding . The staff are amazing, so friendly, caring and attentive and they go the extra mile for you. The beach which is absolutely beautiful is a 5 - 7 minute walk away ( there are a number of beach shacks there) and the town of Colva is about ten to fifteen mins walk so the location is great. The food served at the hotel is so delicious and fresh and the pool area is lovely too. The spa is amazing aswell.……

“Rooms were immaculate and comfortable. Staff were all lovely and nothings too much trouble the restaurant toilets were immaculate as well. The wee floor mat outside the room bathroom needs renewing. Overall a quiet resort and a great nights sleep.”

“It was a nice experience overall living in Taj for two days. One of the best things is the staff was very helpful in arranging tours and booking taxis. But one point Taj might improve is, though we have paid online for such a room for three people, we were told still that we have to be charged for an extra bed, which is not expected when we placed the order. ”
