“We paid for a king but when we went into our room it was a double. I went to the desk to say we were given the wrong size room and was told they did not have anymore king size rooms on that floor. I complained and then was told I could move to an outside room with a king sized bed. The lady at the desk was not very helpful or accommodating and I did not feel I was wrong about complaining about not having the room I booked and paid for. “Was in town with the family for 6 nights. The staff is wonderful. Everyone was so nice to us, everyone from the office workers to the restaurant staff at Caribbean Fussion. Special shout out to our guy Lincoln. Served us many nights. Wonderful memories at a wonderful place.”

“We stayed at the Weston on St. Thomas from April 24-29. Overall we loved our stay. All of the staff members were amazing! Every team member we spoke with was very helpful and patient with us.
The room was very nice and clean. We had an amazing ocean view from our room and we enjoyed spending early mornings and evenings out on our personal little patio enjoying it.
The shower was our main complaint about the room. There was not any hot water during “prime shower times”. We would try to shower……

“Just awesome. The owners go above and beyond to accomodate your needs. The property is beautiful and charming. It has that caribbean feel that most properties lack nowadays. We recommend staying here. We will be back.”
