“Was a nice place to stay.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The area is very quiet & peaceful. The condo was very clean with comfortable beds. We travelled with our dogs & they loved watching the world from the lanani as we enjoyed our morning coffee. One thing to beware of if someone visits with dogs, the old golf course is covered with beggar lice weed, so I would not recommend walking dogs in that area. There are lots of other areas available to use for walks. We recommend the condo for anyone looking for a relaxing stay in the……

“Wife & I, plus our dog...later, grandkids & kids visited for a week. Paid for pool heat and was comfy on cool days and was warm for the kids. Pool clean & well-maintained. Beautiful outdoor space (we lived all waking hours on the pool/patio), beautiful view of lake. The garage was set up as a game room for young kids (they loved), also floaties for pool. House was well appointed- plenty of plates, cookware, towels!!!, etc. 7 beds in all for really large families (plus sofa sleeper). Tub for……

“no running water upon check in. Had to find someone to help with main water valve. Maintenance said it was not his job it was the owners (we could not get a hold of) still haven’t gotten any word from host. My husband had to find and dig up the main water line to turn it on! Thank god we checked in 30min prior, if it had been after hours I don’t know what we’d have done. I’m 6 months pregnant and we were traveling with a 3 year old. No contact with host at all during the 2 night stay. I ended up……

“My daughter and I stayed here for a quick trip to Legoland. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was great and the area was nice. I’m looking forward to my next visit!”

“Checking in was confusing, not enough instructions on what we needed to do to get things setup for us. The fob was not explained at all nor how the TV worked. The carpet was very dirty also the filters in everything. The community was very pleasant and everyone we met was very nice. We thought we were going to a golfing community, the golf hadn’t been there in years. We had to replace the vacuums cleaner belt so it would work at all. “Can't say enough about the property itself. Innkeeper didn't miss a trick. Thought of practically everything to supply it with as well. Saved me multiple trips to the stores which btw are very near by. Pool was off season and being worked on so can't rate the waves for you but it definitely is just a short walk away. Now the Innkeeper herself was SuperChill and easy to work with. She's quick on the reply too .. Overall 5* experience.. Go for it !”

“Perfect for what we needed it for. The drive to the ocean wasn't terrible and this location puts you in the middle where you could drive to either side of the state within a few hours. It was clean, quite, neighbors were friendly, and helpful. The pool was nice, and not overly busy which made it relaxing. “The condo was really clean. well furnished & beautiful. The only things I want to say is more towel racks are needed in the bathrooms especially in the sinks areas. Towel holders on either side of the sinks would be nice. The toilet areas are small but not a problem for us. Overall I would recommend this condo for anyone. We were very comfortable & would book again!”

“Overall, the condo was more than adequate for our purposes. We cooked in many nights but the location was also convenient to several good restaurants and golf courses. As an aging couple, the only negative was the poor lighting in the dinning room. We sat on the balcony every day and the neighborhood is quiet. Did not use the pool except to watch a SpaceX launch from Cape Canaveral at 1 a.m.”

“Very clean, nice neighborhood. I grew up in Lakeland and this area is safe and private. Very pleasant host who was outside when we arrived. I didn’t get to thank her because we were rushing to change outfits. Was in town for a friend’s event. Stayed one night with my wife and son. Son slept soundly on the sofa bed. “This is the third time we have stayed in this home and when visiting central Florida we would not consider anywhere else. The owners are delightful and are quick to respond, it’s a wonderful neighborhood and our dog loves to take up over to the golf course so that he can watch the golfers. He loves it when they see him watching and when finished with the hole they come see their cabin fan. The primary bedroom has a new foam pad which helps the mattress a bunch but it’s still too hard for us. The……
