“The unit that we stayed in was refreshed nicely. The overall property of the condos, the lodge and the townhouses are are in need of being updated. There were two elevators with only one working. The only area for families in more than one condo to gather is either on the beach or a patio area—-all other areas only to be accessed by owners not renters. We had family members in multiple units, one of the townhouses that one of our family members rented had mice in the walls and they knew this……
