“Nice staff! Clean property, clean room. The only problem I had was I booked a room w a fireplace and did not get it. Other than that, all good!”

“Pass key to the room we were originally assigned to did not work which required back and forth to the front desk and wasted time. There was no coffee in the room. Multiple things were broken. I escalated the issues with no response or help from anyone.”

“This is a wonderful modern hotel. It is possibly the nicest hotel in the Sutter Creek area. The hotel is well maintained and the rooms are excellent. The beds are extremely comfortable. I really liked the modern shower. Their staff is polite and very helpful. A large television is in the room with a large selection of cable channels. You could not however sign into and use your personal apps such as You Tube or Netflix on their television. They have a basic complimentary breakfast, which……

“Silver Lake is a beautiful location and having cabins to rent on the lake side is pretty special. The cabins are old and rather quirky, but you can over look some inconveniences, like luke warm water, missing chairs for dining, no plugs in the sinks and even a mouse in your room. But when we checked in they charge me for the room even though I had paid for it . I had to find my credit card bill to show I had paid for the room. Once I showed them my credit card statement they refunded the money……

“We had a wonderful stay at Jane’s cabin. It was clean and cozy and a great location for skiing at Kirkwood. The beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed to cook meals there. We will definitely be back!”

“The host was great and the location was good, with a moderate walk on the side of the road to the chairlifts. Unfortunately the room was the equivalent of a dated motel room with the faint but distinct smell of a smoker’s old car. It was far overpriced for the quality. ”
