"It was our first visit to Japan and we had such a great time here. Nice and pleasant staff, clean facility and located in the beautiful place. Also the breakfast and dinner were amazing."

"A lovely, peaceful place to stay in Yufuin, a bit outside the bustle of town but easy walking distance from the train station. The hotel is nice, the staff are very gracious, the meals were excellent, and the baths (3!) are wonderful. Highly recommended!"

"Wonderful staff and plentiful food (both dinner and breakfast) which was really delicious. The property is run down but everything worked fine. Staff helped with transfers and getting us to the start of our walk and back. Very helpful! Don’t let the bad reviews put you off."
