Mouldygate

Not what we expected. Mould was the main issue. Lack of ventilation has led to mould patches in all areas. Strong musty smell in the living room didn’t make for an enjoyable stay. We spent the first two hours cleaning mould off the walls and skirting boards to try and improve the smell. Surprisingly, there was a large patch behind the bed in the main bedroom. If we were staying longer than two days, we would have demanded an alternative. Arriving back home, our clothes and dog smell of the cottage.
