“Lovely sized room above a pub. The check in staff was amazing, helped carry the bags up the stairs explained everything, gave us a late check out for the following day. Very nice. ”

“Property appears to have been recently made over, everything is new and fresh, extremely clean and although on the small side the rooms are perfect for overnight stays, comfortable bed and with more than enough tea/coffee supplies unlike a lot of places. The continental breakfast was excellent quality and plentiful. We could not fault the staff who were extremely friendly and helpful. Overall excellent value for money and we will definitely go back”

“I've stayed here previously. It's a shame this place isn't a functioning pub anymore. Shame to see it go down hill. That said, the room was cheap and basic which reflects the property.”
