「The condo was very nice but the listing was misleading, it’s not “steps” from the beach. We weren’t made aware of some of the rules until the day before check in and some were not ideal such as we couldn’t leave anything in the bed of the truck and nothing on the balcony so all our beach/fishing stuff had to come into the condo which was not ideal. The condo was very clean, lots of extras were included and communication was amazing.」

The floors and walls are very thin. The unit next to us had a dog that barked for 2 straight hours while they were out for the evening. 「This space was awesome!!!! Included beach towels… a small cooler.. 2 beach chairs and an umbrella! Parking is great bc u can park anywhere. I thought by pictures and map that we would b able to walk to Hannah park beach but that was a no go, but turned out just fine to b dropped off for beach baptism. We enjoyed this location bc very great restaurants are close… for having rented a car… and close enough for a day in st Augustine and then over to Amelia island.. great location for exploring. Pool...
