“This was our second stay at this property; the last was five years ago in 2019. Room was very clean and amenities as expected. Staff was friendly but noticeably less responsive to simple requests than we recall from our previous visit. Example we asked for paper towels, tissues, and tp at the midpoint of our 5 day stay; were told we'd receive them right away and never got them. Parts of the property looked run down and we were wondering if a storm had hit them and they were still repairing.……

“This property is gorgeous! Staff was very helpful and kind. Helped with taxi services and the complimentary breakfast (although very simple) was a nice touch each morning. The views are amazing here and the pool was very clean. The hot tub was not hot, however, and had a weird smell so we avoided that area. The property is situated high up so there are a lot of steps - definitely not meant for those who aren't open to leg day every day. We would absolutely book here again!”

“It’s been ten days since we came back from our trip from St. Thomas. I still find myself dreaming of the moments we spent on that balcony with stunning views throughout the day . The location of the resort is so convenient to so many beaches as well as restaurants and to the ferry. The condo supplied everything we needed as well has extra treats in the fridge. My husband and I aren’t the best sleepers but we slept like babies on the comfortable mattress and appreciated the well working AC. and……

“The hotel was on, no in the redlight district All the bars in the area for red-light you ask for a shot of Mamajuana and a bottle of water The WiFi didnt work the cable didnt work ”

“This was a great place to stay that I would definitely recommend or come back to. The only thing to be aware of is the beach directly in front of Margaritaville and the condo cannot be swam in and you have about a five minute walk over a hill to Coki beach.”

“Day before departure we were enjoying the patio when two women / employees appeared in the unit unannounced. They were inquiring if we needed any services. No need for this as we told the front desk we did not require services. Concerning they entered the unit anyway.”

“Celia is the best. Very accommodating and made sure we had transportation around the island by Desmond and Jessica. The house was so clean and relaxing. Great views of the island.Thank you Celia for everything.”

“Dexter was a great host. The house was immaculate and perfect for our stay with the kids. Safe and clean. They have plenty of towels for beach and shower and make up towels as well as shampoo/conditioner and body wash- also snorkeling gear - beach chairs and coolers. We had already bought all that prior to arriving at our stay unknowingly. But it’s def good to know for the next trip. I will def consider this place again for our next stay. The AC is perfect - TV in living room and rooms. Nothing……

“We stayed here one night before taking the ferry at Red Hook to the British Virgin Islands. It was a great location, only 5 minutes from Red Hook, and a quick walk to the beach. Check-in was very easy, and the place was spotless.”
