"The hotel was outstanding! Definitely a five star, the breakfast was very good, I would not recommend the Bistro for dinner there are better restaurants in town. The service was world class and very detailed, turn down service with chocolates and other details. The views from the room were amazing it made it a place I would definitely return to. The staff was very professional, we were greeted at the car and walked in and taken to our room, showed everything in the room and explained all of the things about the hotel. Very detailed and professional!"

"We had a wonderful stay at The Grand Hotel Europa Palace. The rooms were spotless, the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, and the amenities were excellent. The highlight was definitely the stunning view over the Bay of Naples — absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset. A fantastic place to stay, great location and highly recommended."

"This is not the most convenient location- you have to take a shuttle with limited times to get to the train station to get to Sorrento and from there get a ferry to Naples, Capri or Amalfi / Positino. I thought we were staying in Sorrento so took a ferry there and it costs us $80 euros to get to hotel sadly. You also have to get a bus between the ferry port and train station or walk it. All of this hard on my husband who uses a Walker. However, with all that said, this place is TERRIFIC!! No complaints whatsoever. Amazing views of Vesuvius, beautiful pool, great staff, lovely breakfast, spacious room & balcony, etc!"

"There was a big selection of breakfast items to choose from. Different varities of coffee and juice. Lunch and dinner was also really good. The staff were extremely helpful in getting us what we needed and made excellent choices of things to try and to do. "
