“This house was perfect for our group. It was very clean. There was plenty of space to eat and sleep and TONS of fun amenities - no one was bored. The communication with the property managers was amazing. I received friendly reminders about trash/recycling. We did have a minor issue one evening. I sent a text to the property managers to notify them. I received a phone call within 5 minutes of my text and the issues was resolved that evening. That is fantastic customer service. I would recommend……

“Recently our adult children moved to Tampa and we were looking for a place that we could all stay for the weekend and spend some quality time together. We also had some additional family we were meeting for a beach day and wanted a place we could all go to for Birthday Cake after. Bruce was very quick to respond to my request and made us feel so welcome. I will say all of the signs in the neighborhood about not wanting short term rentals you could definitely tell they did not want us there but……

“Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Bed very comfortable but bathroom needed a table or somewhere to put things other than the floor. Remote for heat pump needed battery, we had to manually push button on unit to get it started. Chairs and umbrella big help. We enjoyed our stay.”

We actually downsized from a week with all of our family and grandkids the previous week, as we did not require a lot of extra room. We appreciated the accommodations made for check-in. This place is convenient to the beach and various cafes, eateries and watering holes. Very relaxing stay. One should note that this is one of two side by side units and not a single.”

“We really enjoyed the property and how close it is to the beach and all of the bars and restaurants. Our only issue was the upstairs guests were up all hours of the night and not courteous of the other guests and made it very difficult to get any sleep. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.”

“Unsere Anreise war sehr entspannt, da wir Dank eines elektronischen Schlüssel sofort ins Haus konnten, obwohl wir erst gegen Mitternacht angekommen sind. Viele Dinge waren schon vor Ort, so dass wir diese erst gar nicht einkaufen mussten (Geschirrspülmittel, Abwaschutensilien, Kaffee, Kaffeefilter, Waschmittel, etc.) Somit reichte ein "kurzer" Einkauf in der Nacht aus, damit wir genug zum Frühstück hatten. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet: Waschmaschine, Trockner, Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen,……

“The house is fully remodeled and all the furnishings are new. Everything we wanted we found available and the managers checked on us several times to make sure there was nothing we were missing. ”

“The house was very clean, well stocked and centrally located. Quick easy drive to the beach. The house had lots of beach stuff for us to use and games in the garage to keep the kids busy. We had three families staying here and space was not an issue. We had a slight issue getting in the house to start but the host made it right. The kids enjoyed the pool in the evenings and the temperature was good.”

“In the middle of active communities to the north and south. Must travel to participate however bus is a option. Quite relaxing location. Very convenient Ocean beach access. The bay access is really of no benefit the water is really murky and weedy Grill for unit A is located on Unit B deck. Very uncomfortable location for common access. Great private property and muck better than dealing with Condo elevators.”

“The house was perfect for our large group for spring break. There was so much space to spread out. The game room was a huge hit for the kids. The pool and hot tub were great! With just a short drive to the beach, the location was perfect. The yard was huge and offered everything from hammocking, to basketball/baseball, and campfires! Down the road, there is a park that was wonderful for walks and skateboarding! Both hosts were excellent at communication, answering all of our questions……

“Having a pool to ourselves for the kids to play in was perfect. Plus there is a plethora of towels and a wash machine. The kitchen is amazing and well stocked. More bathrooms than you can imagine. The only problem we had was navigating steps to get in the house and stepping into the shower because my dad uses a walker. I found this house on Verbo when I searched with a wheelchair accessible filter. I didn’t have the heart to take a star off because it was so perfect otherwise. Plus the owner and……

“Our group of 15 (family & friends) had an amazing week at this property. The house was large enough everyone had their own spaces for privacy but the huge kitchen, dining, living space upstairs was perfect for gathering. The home provided everything we needed. It was missing a blender, so we got one and left it for the next guests. The views of the lake were incredible. We saw 2 gators from afar. We had the pool heated, which was perfect for the February weather. Our host was phenomenal. We had……
