「Quiet good breakfast. No sauna which was disappointing and had to pay for parking which should be included in room price」

「Spent two nights as a couple with a small dog. Totally relaxing break on the banks of the River Trent. Stayed in one of the adjacent cottages (no 14). Excellent. Only niggles were that although the bathroom had been recently refurbished, the extractor fan was not working and there was nowhere to hang a towel. Bathroom had the best shower I have ever used. Talk about a whoosh! We ate both nights in the restaurant. It had a limited menu, but the food was good. Food and drinks reasonably priced....

「Lovely helpful staff, we stayed when it was 30 degrees and they went out of their way to find us a fan for the room. Basic rooms but spacious and clean which is all we needed. The pub is great, loads of parking, good food. Walking distance to Royal Derby hospital so ideal for our needs. Would recommend 」

「The best hotel, among the six hotels, i had stayed in our recent trip to the UK. Not only does thw hotel has tidy and spacious family room, the toilet is clean and the breakfast is wonderful and the room rate is very attractive. The only drawback is that there is no lift for our room at upper floor. In sum, an excellent hotel which i am ready to patronize or recommend to ky friends. 」

「A quiet hotel in the middle of a golf course, easy to reach and friendly staff. Excellent traditional breakfast and comfortable beds. Property itself a little tired but that’s probably part of the charm. Delighted to have been upgraded. I’d recommend for the area. 」

「酒店總共有2層, 下面3間房, 數上4間房, 周邊環境好好有古代鄉村, 而酒店建築物都給予1930年代外觀, 最特別係CHECK-IN係酒吧餐廳入面, 而晚餐和早餐價錢都優惠不貴, 食物質素幾好. 而各服務員十分有禮貌好有笑容值得一讚. 唯一少許不滿意浴室浴缸較為不清潔.」
