This home was totally my dream house come true. New build, very upscale, beautiful interiors and just a little walk to the beach! Our group of friends were all very comfortable in their bedrooms and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool looks like it’s out of a movie set, we spent many hours laughing and catching up and relaxing there. Mgmt company was great to work with and check in was easy. Loved the house, loved the island and we hope to come back sometime! Recommend.

AMI Spring Break 2025

The home was beautiful and well located within Anna Maria. The pool and hot tub were amazing and one of the favorite features of the home. The home, overall, was clean but little things were overlooked that made you question if the cleaning crew’s attention to detail was as it should be. There was a stick-vac in the home, which would have been a GREAT addition to help keep the floors sand-free throughout our stay, but it was not charged, and a charging cord was nowhere to be found. The home is very tastefully decorated but I’m not sure white couches was the best choice in a rental, as they are already showing stains from prior visitors, but they were very comfortable. Plenty of seating for all in the party for both relaxing in the living room and for meals inside. We would have loved a bit more outdoor seating on the upper balcony and roof-top deck.The biggest factor that prevents us from offering a five-star rating is the beds. They were very uncomfortable. No one in our part was able to get a good night’s sleep with the rock-hard beds. I would strongly suggest that all mattresses be changed out for something less firm. Additionally, the largest bedroom on the second floor had decorative cabinets but no actual dresser. Decorative cabinets may look great, but not very helpful if they have glass fronts rather than drawers. Overall positive experience with property management. A follow-up question after booking was not answered, but theywere responsive during our stay.
