This is a very special spot on Anna Maria. The view of Bean Point Beach was superb. The house was immaculate and very well maintained. I highly recommend it.

The house is amazing. So much space and multiple areas to enjoy the sun or stay in the shade. Very short walk to the beach. Great for a crowd If you want to cook, just know that besides some spices, you’ll need to bring everything else. But there is a Publix close by. I’d highly recommend this house!

Great family home on the beach with pool

We traveled with our 4 & almost 2 year old, as well as 2 sets of grandparents. The home is beautiful, layout with pool in the front so you can view the ocean is very nice. There are plenty of bathrooms to provide privacy & space when traveling with multiple families. Spiral stairs are tough if anyone has difficulty with mobility (2 year old was not allowed to navigate those alone), but otherwise home is great. The wagon provided was perfect for hauling all the beach supplies. Overall we loved the space & location. The sunsets were fantastic!

The house was wonderful, the location unbeatable, and the pool was a delight. The common areas were wonderful for our family vacation. The bedrooms we well separated for those who wanted to sleep in. Excellent home! We were very impressed by the location, pool, hot tub, and beach access. The outdoor area of this house is hard to beat. The team is easy to work with. The living, dining area, kitchen and master are exceptional. The three other bedrooms are solid options but are closer to each other. We were very pleased with our stay! I would highly recommend for families.
