"The hotel had a restaurant with decent food and also provided water and coffee / tea which was appreciated. Having a convenient store right next door was a bonus. The amenities and room were great. We enjoyed our stay!"

"We had a nice stay! The location was excellent, just a 5–10 minute walk from the entrance of Kyoto Station which made our day trip to the Nakasendo Trail very convenient. There were plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, which was a big plus. Both our room and the hotel were spotlessly clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed having hotel pajamas, which were a nice touch, as well as a small fridge and kettle in the room. Another convenient feature was the coin laundry and microwave located on the 5th floor. The hotel had everything we needed for our trip and we would recommend it."

"The room was very clean and staff refilled amenities daily. The air conditioning was strong. The staff were helpful and proficient in English. Hotel location is in a desirable spot downtown. Tourist attractions and shopping areas are within walking distance or accessible through bus or train."

"The location is perfect, close to the station and bus stops. We never saw information on this online, but the hotel offers free shuttle to and from the train station. Room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was good but not exceptional. The hotel does not have a lobby where to sit and relax."

"I had a very nice stay. The staff is very helpful. The rooms are reasonably size and maintained. Comfortable. Location is excellent in downtown with lots of restaurant’s nearby as well as kombini stores. The subway is close by."
