“I gave this stay excellent ratings across the board because, while it wasn’t a luxury hotel experience, they did an amazing job with what they have in such a remote location. The domes were clean, warm, and ready for us on time. The staff was very attentive and seemed to be constantly working to make sure everyone had hot water, clean facilities, warm bedding, and good food. They also offered inexpensive home-cooked meals, plus fun little extras like snacks and hot cocoa for our family. The……

“the owner is amazing person food is super good location is perfect ”

“Luxury n comfort. Great for resting after days of hiking. Must try the tasting menu at hawa restaurant. ”

“I had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect. The only issue was using laundry that destroyed two of my T-shirts. Otherwise everything was perfect’”

“This was a beautiful sanctuary of a hotel in sacred valley. The paths leading to your individual rooms and the flowers and trees all nestled between these gorgeous mountains was serenity at its best. Good restaurant with great drinks and food.!helpful staff.”

“I booked and paid for a King room with a balcony several months before our trip. When we arrived we put a room with a sort of balcony, closed in with the diners from the Cafe next door (which they owned) less inches from our room. There was absolutely no privacy whatsoever. When I initially complained I was told the Cafe shuts at 7pm so there will be no one there after that . To make things worse my card was charged for the room a second time on check in. Once we were settled I found the……

“The place was good and relaxing but it is away from town. No activities in hotel. Good if you want to relax before or after machu pichu. Room is clean and has good views. Breakfast was nice”

“Amazing stay...very beautiful family hosting the guests and making sure all is well”
