“Clean room, lovely staff. They fall down on their reception where the staff are not well trained and the atmosphere gloomy. Needs a makeover”

“This was our second stay at Jolly Beach. Room was clean. Staff friendly. Great pools, clean beach. Pizza factory- need reservations and you can't go back to back nights but really wasn't a big deal to our group of 8. Awe went twice and everyone liked their meal! Staff was great and fun! Breakfast buffet: We all could easily find something and was good. We never did lunch buffet. We grabbed something from the Coconut Grill near pool and beach. Chic wrap good but it is spicy, Burgers, Jerk……

“The staff were very nice. They let me have an early check in and a late check out. The only thing I think can be improved is the lighting in the rooms: There is only one central light and the room is very dim at night. They could do with a desk light on the table. They could also do with a light above the chair and coffee table for reading. ”
