"Terrible parking lot, no ilumination, signs don't make sense. Exit signs with no arrow, we wasted time trying to get out of the parking lot and we almost crash with another vehicle coming full speed on the ramp we were going up and he was going down. One ramp should be for going up and another ramp for going down. Also, we arrived at night and doors closed and nobody at front desk and of course no signs telling customer to go to different entrance. Lucky by the bartender of the bar next door that told us how to get in. Same with elevators to rooms and to parking lot, not signs."

"Rooms too small and a terrible sewer smell in the room and in the terrace by the pool."

"Perfect location right across the highway & River from La Torre Constanera & fabulous shops & restaurants. Staff is very attentive & rooms are very very without having to be in Sheraton, Hilton etc. Breakfast provided is also very nice. We stayed twice with trip to Mendoza, Argentina in between. Both times really nice stay - Heartily recommend them. One heads-up - no elevador but staff available to help you with luggage."

"The room.was fine and clean. There are plenty of stores, cafes, great walks, restaurants and nice neighborhood. The staff were very forthcoming and we.apptrciated their help. Our sole complaint is that the broken elevator must get fixed. It took us over 20 minutes to get an elevator with room enough for us for.check in this morning. "

"Very welcoming staff - honored the early checking VIP perk and allowed us to check in at 10:30 AM. We had a great room view a nice view. Breakfast service was great (especially Nicolas was awesome) - they brought "made to order" eggs, avocado toast etc. Room we very nice, clean and spacious. Location of this hotel is THE BEST with direct access to the Metro and large shopping malls. "
